Pipeline ROWs definition

Pipeline ROWs means, with respect to any Pipeline, the rights-of-way, easements, or other real property interests (other than fee simple interests) that grant the owner of such Pipeline the right to the use of the real property upon which such Pipeline system is located.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Pipeline System means the Included Crude Pipelines and Included Product Pipelines.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
