Pipeline Mechanical Completion definition
Pipeline Mechanical Completion means that the construction of the Pipeline is complete, with all testing complete (including hydrotesting), and the Pipeline is capable of delivering to the Port ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Refinery the quantities of Crude Oil specified in this Agreement.
