Pipe Infrastructure definition

Pipe Infrastructure means the pipes, Recycled Water Meter and all other infrastructure necessary, including but without limitation the acquisition and installation of a Recycled Water Meter, to enable the Residential Allotment to be connected to the Recycled Water Supply Infrastructure and to all toilets and those restricted number of taps, in any dwelling constructed on the Residential Allotment as are required to be plumbed to the Recycled Water system in accordance with the Urban Design Guidelines;

  • The Vendor will install the necessary Recycled Water Supply Infrastructure to supply Recycled Water to the Land and the Purchaser agrees that it will install and plumb the Purple Pipe Infrastructure to enable the on-supply of Recycled Water to each Building Allotment.

  • The Purchaser will, at its cost, be responsible for the installation and connection of a Recycled Water Meter to each Building Allotment and for installing and connecting and plumbing the Purple Pipe Infrastructure.
