Pinwheel means, collectively, Pinwheel General Partnership, a Bermuda general partnership, and its Subsidiaries.

  • This is a nonexclusive Agreement, nothing herein contained shall obligate Renter to rent from Pinwheel nor Pinwheel to rent to Renter during the life of this Agreement.

  • The Renter agrees to provide written certification and proof from Renter's insurance company of an all-risk policy naming Pinwheel as a loss payee for any and all claims including coverage of the equipment while in possession of a common carrier during shipment.

  • Wheel means a complete wheel consisting of a rim and a wheel disc;

  • Crane means any self-propelled vehicle to which has been permanently mounted or attached any crane, whether or not such vehicle was originally a truck, tractor, or other type of motor vehicle or was designed and built as a complete crane unit.
