  • You understand and agree that you, not RTrade, are fully responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute, and any Pinned Content you pin, and you are fully responsible and legally liable including to any third party for such content and its accuracy.

  • If at any time Pinned chooses to monitor the content, Pinned still assumes no responsibility or liability for content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of content.
