Pinnacle Event definition
Pinnacle Event means the termination or cancellation of the airline service agreement between Borrower and Northwest Airlines, Inc.
Pinnacle Event means either (i) the sale, transfer or other disposition of all or a majority of Pinnacle Airlines, Inc.’s assets and/or capital stock or (ii) the termination or cancellation of the airline service agreement between Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. and Northwest Airlines, Inc.
