Pink definition

Pink means that color classified as 2.5R 6/10 on the Munsell System of Color Coding which shall be reproduced to within the following tolerances:
Pink means the Pink® Open Market, part of the OTC Link® ATS, an SEC-registered Alternative Trading System operated by OTC Link, LLC, a FINRA member broker-dealer wholly-owned by OTC Markets Group, Inc. Parent Common Stock is the subject of broker-dealer quotes on OTC Link® ATS.
Pink means that more than 30%, but not more than 60%, of the surface, in the aggregate, shows pink or red in colour.

  • The Borrower shall lose the “bid” price for its Common Stock ($0.0001 on the “Ask” with zero market makers on the “Bid” per Level 2) and/or a market (including the OTC Pink, OTCQB or an equivalent replacement exchange).

  • The Company will, so long as the Buyer owns any of the Securities, maintain the listing and trading of its Common Stock on the Principal Market or any equivalent replacement exchange or electronic quotation system (including but not limited to the Pink Sheets electronic quotation system) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and such exchanges, as applicable.

  • The Company shall promptly provide to the Buyer copies of any material notices it receives from the OTC Pink, OTCQB and any other exchanges or quotation systems on which the Common Stock is then listed regarding the continued eligibility of the Common Stock for listing on such exchanges and quotation systems.

  • The Borrower shall fail to maintain the listing of the Common Stock on at least one of the OTC (which specifically includes the Pink Sheets electronic quotation system) or an equivalent replacement exchange, the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the American Stock Exchange.

  • During such time as the Public Securities are quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board (or any successor trading market such as the Bulletin Board Exchange) or the Pink Sheets, LLC (or similar publisher of quotations) and no other automated quotation system, the Company shall provide to the Representative, at its expense, such reports published by the NASD or the Pink Sheets, LLC relating to price trading of the Public Securities, as the Representative shall reasonably request.

  • The Company will obtain and, so long as the Buyer owns any of the Securities, maintain the listing and trading of its Common Stock on the OTCBB or any equivalent replacement exchange or electronic quotation system (including but not limited to the Pink Sheets electronic quotation system) and will comply in all respects with the Company’s reporting, filing and other obligations under the bylaws or rules of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and such exchanges, as applicable.

  • The Borrower shall fail to maintain the listing of the Common Stock on at least one of the OTCBB, OTCQB, OTC Pink or an equivalent replacement exchange, the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the New York Stock Exchange, or the NYSE MKT.

  • The Company is not in violation of the listing requirements of the OTC Pink (the “OTC Pink”), the OTCQB or any similar quotation system, and does not reasonably anticipate that the Common Stock will be delisted by the OTC Pink, the OTCQB or any similar quotation system, in the foreseeable future nor are the Company's securities “chilled” by DTC.

  • The Company is not in violation of the listing requirements of the OTC Pink (the “OTC Pink”), the OTCQB or any similar quotation system, and does not reasonably anticipate that the Common Stock will be delisted by the OTC Pink, the OTCQB or any similar quotation system, in the foreseeable future nor are the Company’s securities “chilled” by DTC.

  • Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.

  • OTC Markets means either OTC QX or OTC QB of the OTC Markets Group, Inc.

  • OTCQX means the OTCQX tier of the OTC Markets Group Inc.

  • Bloomberg means Bloomberg Financial Markets.

  • Financial Markets Act means the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012);

  • Quotation means the Bidder’s response made on the Quotation form set out on Part E of this RFQ with all appendices or addenda submitted by the Bidder in response to the RFQ;
