Pine Pulpwood definition

Pine Pulpwood means pulpwood from pine species of timber.
Pine Pulpwood shall have the meaning provided in the Recitals to the Agreement.
Pine Pulpwood means pine timber measuring less than 9.0 inches diameter breast high ("DBH") but not less than 5.0 inches DBH, cull Pine Sawtimber trees suitable only for pulpwood regardless of size, and tops of Pine Sawtimber trees.

Pine Pulpwood at any time, all pine trees, growing or standing, on the Timberlands at such time, measuring less than nine (9) inches DBH and pine cull trees, regardless of size, which are suitable only for pulpwood.
