PIN Facility definition

PIN Facility means the facility being offered by RCAM to the Unitholder whereby the Unitholder can gain access to and / or undertake various types of commercial transactions including subscrip- tion / redemptions of units of various schemes of the Fund and various other services / facilities of non-commercial in nature, through the Online Facility or the Call Center Facility, using the Per- sonal Identification Number issued by RCAM to the Unitholder or through such other authentication means, as may be specified by RCAM from time to time.

Examples of PIN Facility in a sentence

  • The Unitholder may terminate the PIN Facility by making an application (hereinafter referred to as “the said The Uniteholder agrees and authorises the fund, its service provider to execute, comply with all or any application” ) to the Fund/ service provider in writing and signed by her / him along with other Joint Holders, if instruction(s) given to the Fund through use of the facilities available on the website.

  • Systematic Transfer Plan Systematic Withdrawal Plan Usage of, or subscription to the said PIN Facility shall be in additional to, and not in substitution of, the existing (B) Through Telephone: procedure for conducting the transactions, the services of which are available through the Online Transactions as well.

  • If the Unitholder/s wishes to terminate this Agreement and disable the PIN, The Unitholder/s may terminate the PIN Facility by making an application (hereinafter referred to as “the said Application”) to UTIAMC / Registrar in writing and signed by her/him along with all the Joint Holders, if any.UTIAMC / Registrar shall disable the User ID and the PIN granted to such Joint Unitholders, if any, at any time within a period of 10 business days from the date of receipt of the said Application.
