Pilot Well or "Pilot ▇▇▇▇▇" whether individually or collectively, means a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of eight (8) production ▇▇▇▇▇ and injection well(s) , if necessary drilled pursuant to Section 3 of this agreement together with their associated Spacing Unit, and all increased density ▇▇▇▇▇ on a Spacing Unit or any lesser Spacing Units, which are covered by this Agreement and located within WEHLU.

Examples of Pilot Well in a sentence

  • Any such eligible Pilot Well so completed for the production of Hydrocarbons from the Mississippi Formation shall be considered a Vertical Well for all purposes under this Agreement.

  • Following the drilling of the initial Horizontal Well, initial Short-Lateral Horizontal, and initial Vertical, SWD or Pilot Well, respectively, the prepayment due with respect to the second and subsequent of each such ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be based on the actual cost of the applicable immediately preceding well.

  • The consultant will assemble the necessary information for site selection, analyze the data, evaluate the degree to which each site meets the criteria, and work collaboratively with Northglenn staff to develop recommendations for appropriate sites for the ASR Pilot Well Facility.

  • If Infinity shall determine that any Pilot Well or Option Well ("the Wells") is incapable of produ▇▇▇▇ oil or gas in paying quantities and, therefore, should be plugged and abandoned, then Infinity shall promptly notify Wold by telephone, to be conf▇▇▇▇d in writing, of such determination.

  • Avalon, as operator of the Pilot ▇▇▇▇▇ and JVDA ▇▇▇▇▇, shall have all responsibility and liability for any future generation, handling, storage, transportation, treatment and disposal of all contamination at or relating to any Pilot Well site or JVDA Well site.

  • Should Avalon timely commence each consecutive Pilot Well, Avalon will maintain and continue its right to drill and complete consecutive Pilot ▇▇▇▇▇ within the Pilot Project until Completion of the Pilot Project.

  • Within one year from the date of this Agreement, Infinity shall have the option to drill four (4) additional Pilot Wells directly or diagonally ▇▇▇▇▇guous to the Drilling Block for the First Pilot Well, which shall not be larger than 160 acres, more or less.

  • Infinity shall select ▇ ▇▇cation of the first Pilot Well ("First Pilot Well") to be located either in Section 4, Section 5 or Section 6, Township 29 North, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇yoming and commence on or before November 15, 1999, unless prevented by Force Majeure, as that term is hereinafter defined.
