Pilot System definition

Pilot System means a pilot thermal energy network system developed by a gas company to replace gas infrastructure with a thermal energy network system.
Pilot System. (also referred to as “Project Cornerstone”) means the Regional 700 MHz Wireless Broadband Network that Motorola sold and provided to East Bay Regional Communications System Authority (“Pilot System Customer”) under a separate sales contract.
Pilot System means an initial phase system that is subset of the Regional System’s final configuration. The Pilot System’s primary function is to test on a small scale the primary functions that will be used in the final System implementations. The Pilot System will ensure that any non-compliance issues are addressed early in the Project.

  • Such Production Use shall not restrict Contractor’s performance under this Agreement and shall not be deemed Pilot System Acceptance of the System.

  • Following Application Software installation by Contractor and prior to the Pilot System Acceptance by County, County shall have the right to use, in Production Use mode, any completed portion of the System Software, without any additional cost to County if County determines that it is necessary for County operations.
