Pilot Production Samples definition

Pilot Production Samples means those parts submitted to INFOCUS quality department by Flextronics with required inspection data in order for INFOCUS to compare Pilot Production Samples against Product Requirements Specification, correlate Flextronics test reports with INFOCUS inspection data and approve for manufacturing,
Pilot Production Samples means the pilot samples of Products manufactured by FUNAI after obtaining INFOCUS approval.

Examples of Pilot Production Samples in a sentence

  • Upon successful qualification of Flextronics Pilot Production Samples, Flextronics will manufacture for INFOCUS, and INFOCUS may purchase, Products, Service Parts and Accessories.

  • FUNAI shall deliver the Pilot Production Samples with required inspection data to INFOCUS quality department to test whether, in INFOCUS’s reasonable opinion, the Pilot Production Samples conforms to the Product Specification and Product and Process Documentation.

  • Upon successful qualification of Pilot Production Samples, FUNAI shall manufacture the Products on behalf of INFOCUS, and INFOCUS shall purchase the Products, Service Parts and related accessories from FUNAI.

  • FUNAI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly redeliver the corrected Pilot Production Samples to INFOCUS for acceptance testing pursuant to the process described in Section 4.1. above.

  • INFOCUS shall provide FUNAI with a written notice specifying reasonable reasons for rejecting Pilot Production Samples within twenty (20) days from the date that INFOCUS refuses to accept the Pilot Product Samples.
