Pilot Operation definition

Pilot Operation means a period after successful completion of Verification Operation during which all Hardware will be installed and during which the properties of the System are verified and functionality of the System is observed in full operation. The Pilot Operation starts after Installation of the first EUW according to EUW Installation Schedule, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties and ends fourteen (14) Days after Installation of the last EUW according to EUW Installation Schedule.
Pilot Operation means the time period of ten Business Days from the Contractor's request during which the properties of the supplied Ordered Work are checked and its functionality is tested according to the delivered Documents in the Customer's environment, in the Customer's technical conditions and with real data.
Pilot Operation means a period of maximum 6 months after succesfull completion of Verification Opeartion during which will be all Hardware Installed and during which the properties of the System are verified and functionality of the System is tested with datas from Production AODB data.

Examples of Pilot Operation in a sentence

  • In case the Customer fails to appear on the date specified for performance of the Pilot Operation, and does not appear even in the additionally provided time period of 3 (three) Business Days from after the Contractor's repeated request, the Pilot Operation will be considered finished without Defects.

  • If the record of the completed Pilot Operation implies that the Ordered Work does not meet the criteria stated in art.

  • If the Ordered Work includes the Installation and/or the Implementation and/or the Integration, the Contractor will complete it on or before the day preceding the start of the Pilot Operation.

  • While these protection measures are in place, it is impossible to filter all undesirable and inappropriate sites at all times.

  • After the Ordered Work is completed, the Contractor will call the Customer in writing to start the Pilot Operation, which call will include a draft testing scenario.

  • In case the Customer fails to appear on the date specified for performance of the Pilot Operation, and does not appear even in the additionally provided time period of three (3) Business Days from after the Supplier's repeated request, the Pilot Operation will be considered finished without Defects.

  • Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the Pilot Operation shall be initiated within 5 (five) Business Days from the execution of the protocol on the completed Test Operation.

  • The number of Defects to the end of the Pilot Operation shall not exceed the following values: If the record of the completed Pilot Operation implies that the Work does not meet the criteria stated in art.

  • The Handover Protocol will contain a list of the remaining Defects and security issues detected during the Penetration Test and/or Pilot Operation with the time period set for removal thereof; in the absence of such time period for Defect removal, the time period is assumed to be twenty (20) Business Days from the day of signing of the Handover Protocol.

  • The Contractor shall invite the Customer in writing to commence the Pilot Operation.
