Pilot Application definition

Pilot Application means a Customer Application that is used by Customer Personnel and/or Client Personnel exclusively for evaluation purposes or for a Trade Show (2). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, a Pilot Application shall not include Consumer Applications intended for distribution to a Client.

Related to Pilot Application

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.
