Pilbara Region definition

Pilbara Region means the region defined by Schedule 1 to the Regional Development Commissions Act 1993 (WA) comprising of the following local government districts: Shire of Ashburton, Shire of East Pilbara, Shire of Roebourne and the Town of Port Hedland.”
Pilbara Region means the area as determined by the minister responsible for the administration of the NTA as the "Pilbara Invitation Area" under Division 2 of Part 11 ofthe NTA, as amended from time to time, or such other region as may replace it;
