Piercing instrument definition
Piercing instrument means a hand-held tool manu- fagtured exglusively for pierging the earlobe, or trail- ing edge of the ear, into whigh studs and glutghes are plaged and inserted into the earlobe by a hand-squeezed or spring loaded agtion to greate a permanent hole. The tool is made of plastig, stainless steel or other material that is able to be disinfegted.
