Pickup Date and “Pickup Time” means the pickup date and pickup time agreed between you and us to pick up your Goods from the Pickup Address at the start date or during the Storage Cage Hire Term;

Examples of Pickup Date in a sentence

  • Host Organization (or its carrier) shall pick-up the Loaned Equipment from FIRST at the Pick-up Location stated above on or about the Pick-up Date stated above, with the precise date and time of pick-up to be determined by agreement of FIRST and Host Organization.

  • A local bank check will be accepted if presented to Seller at least 10 business days before the Pickup Date.

  • Borrower (or its carrier) shall pick-up the Loaned Equipment from FIRST at the Pick-up Location stated above on or about the Pick-up Date stated above, with the precise date and time of pick- up to be determined by agreement of FIRST and Borrower.

  • You will also indemnify and defend us and Indemnified Parties from all claims or penalties resulting from or related to damage to property or injury or death to persons caused, or allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, by the Puppy while in your possession or in the possession of any other person at any time after the Pickup Date, whether due to the Puppy’s actions or behavior or the Puppy’s caretaker’s negligence, omission, or international acts.

  • Prior to the Layaway Pick-up Date, Agent shall administer all Layaway, Repair and Special Order Merchandise in accordance with the documents and agreements relating thereto, provisions of applicable law, and Merchant's historic policies provided to Agent in writing.

  • The Rental Term is for the period of time from and including Pickup Date until and including Return Date, as specified in the Estimate (the “Rental Term”).

Related to Pickup Date

  • Investment End Date : means 11 November 2022, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • First Remittance Date With respect to each Mortgage Loan Package, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately preceding such 18th day) of the calendar month immediately following the Closing Date; provided, however, if the Servicing Transfer Date is not one (1) or more Business Days prior to the first day of such calendar month, such date will be the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately preceding such 18th day) of the next succeeding calendar month.

  • Startup Date The day designated as such pursuant to Article X hereof.

  • Second Closing Date means the date of the Second Closing.

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Single Family Agreement, if applicable, or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Single Family Agreement, if applicable.
