PIC OPTIONS definition

PIC OPTIONS means all warrants, options, subscriptions and other convertible instruments or agreements pursuant to which PIC is obligated to issue, transfer, deliver or sell shares of PIC Common Stock, including, without limitation, pursuant to the PIC Stock Option Plan.

Related to PIC OPTIONS

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
