PIC Change Charge definition
PIC Change Charge means the one time charge that a LEC charges for the transfer of an ANI from one long distance carrier to another.
PIC Change Charge. The LEC shall assess end user a pass through PIC Change Charge when an end user’s ANI is PIC’d from one IXC to another IXC.
