PI Motion definition

PI Motion means the Motion of the Debtor for an Order (I) Preliminarily Enjoining Certain Actions Against Non-Debtors or, (II) in the Alternative, Declaring that the Automatic Stay Applies to Such Actions and (III) Granting a Temporary Restraining Order Pending a Final Hearing on the Merits, dated January 23, 2020 [Adversary Proceeding Dkt. No. 2].
PI Motion means the Debtors’ Motion for Preliminary Injunctive Relief, filed in the Adversary Proceeding [Adv. D.I. 2].

Related to PI Motion

  • DIP Motion means a motion to be filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the DIP Facility, which motion shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Parties.

  • Sale Motion means the motion or motions of Sellers filed with the Bankruptcy Court seeking approval and entry of the Sale Order.

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • U.S. Bankruptcy Court means the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • Motion means a formal proposition to be discussed and voted on during the course of a meeting.
