Physician Groups definition

Physician Groups means HealthCare Partners Affiliates Medical Group; Healthcare Partners Associates Medical Group, Inc.; HealthCare Partners Medical Group (Bacchus), Ltd.; JSA Professional Association, Healthcare Partners Medical Group, Inc.; Physician Associates of the Greater San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley, a Medical Group Inc.; Northridge Medical Group, Inc.; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical Group, Inc.; HCP/ARTA Medical Group, P.C.; Arta Health Network, a Professional Medical Corporation; Arta Western Medical Group, Inc.; Mosaic Management Services Inc.; ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Surgical Associates, LLC; and any other professional corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity that, directly or indirectly, provides or arranges medical services and (i) provides or arranges such services in a state that only permits the equity interests of such entity to be held by one or more licensed physicians or licensed professionals or professional entities and (ii) has entered into a Management Services Agreement and Nominee Agreements.
Physician Groups means HealthCare Partners Affiliates Medical Group, Seismic Medical Group, PC, HealthCare Partners Medical Group (Bacchus), Ltd., JSA Professional Association, Healthcare Partners Medical Group, Inc., Physician Associates of the Greater San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley, a Medical Group Inc., Northridge Medical Group, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical Group, Inc. and any other professional corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity that, directly or indirectly, provides or arranges medical services and (i) provides or arranges such services in a state that only permits the equity interests of such entity to be held by one or more licensed physicians or licensed professionals or professional entities and (ii) has entered into and remains party to a Management Services Agreement and a Nominee Agreement.
Physician Groups means MPV New Jersey MD Services, P.C., and any other similar professional corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other entity that provides or arranges medical services in a state that only permits the equity interests of such entity to be held by one or more licensed physicians or licensed professionals or professional entities.

Examples of Physician Groups in a sentence

  • No exercise by Manager of any one right or remedy shall be deemed an election of remedies, and no waiver by Manager of any default on Physician Group's part shall be deemed a continuing waiver of any further defaults.

  • Healtheon shall offer such service to B&T and its Physician Groups at [*].

  • The license granted herein shall terminate when Physician Group's sublease expires or terminates, and shall terminate when this Agreement expires or terminates.

  • If, following the completion of the Developed Applications, B&T does not elect to exercise its license rights under Section 5.1, Healtheon hereby agrees to enter into a Healtheon Service Agreement with B&T whereby Healtheon shall provide B&T and its Physician Groups with access to an on-line service which includes the Developed Applications.

  • Company will not require that a restriction as described in the previous sentence be included in its agreements with Physician Organizations or Physician Groups.

Related to Physician Groups

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Physician means an individual authorized under Chapter 4731. of the Revised Code to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery.

  • Patients means both Public Patients and the Private Patients (referred by private doctors/private hospitals);

  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) means: an individual licensed with cognitive knowledge and a scope of practice that corresponds to that level in the National EMS Education Standards and National EMS Scope of Practice Model.

  • Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.
