Physically Aggressive definition
Physically Aggressive means an individual has used physical force that resulted in bodily injury, physical pain, or impairment to another individual. This may include hitting, shoving, scratching, striking out (with or without an object), pushing, shoving, or sexually assaulting others. As used in these rules, an individual who is physically abusive does not have the cognitive ability to regulate their behaviors.
