Physical capabilities definition

Physical capabilities means the claimant's physical and/or psychiatric abilities as diminished solely by the restrictions caused by the impairments resulting from the allowed conditions in the claim. In no case will the claimant's "physical capabilities" be reduced by any impairment of the claimant's physical and/or psychiatric abilities, which arises subsequent to the injury or, in occupational disease claims, the date of disability, unless that impairment results from an allowed condition in the claim.
