"Risk Production" may include the following: unverified mask sets, unverified process changes, no supporting qualification data, and known design rule violations. 1.20 "SERVICES" means Final Test Services, Post Probe Processing Services, Probe Services, or such other services described in this Supply Agreement, as applicable. 1.21 "SPECIFICATIONS" means the technical specifications for the Wafers mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties, as they may be modified from time to time upon written agreement of the Parties. 2. <PAGE> 1.22 "SUPPLIER FAB" means the Newbury Park Wafer fabrication facility or other fabrication facilities owned or operated by Supplier. 1.23 "WAFERS" means semiconductor wafers to be processed by Supplier including Engineering Wafers, Production Wafers, Pizza Mask Wafers, and Risk Production.

Photomasks means photomasks, repels, repel recertification and associated services (mask cleaning) and modules (writing and inspection support) used in the manufacture of photomasks used singularly, or in combination, in the manufacturing process of semiconductor integrated circuits.

"Qualified Blank" means any Blank and Substrate combination (i) that has been manufactured by Schott at any Schott facility qualified by DPI to produce such material, (ii) that has been qualified for use in a DPI Mask Shop, and (iii) that conforms with all Specifications applicable to such Blank and Substrate combination. 1.20. "Specification" means any DPI technical and functional characteristics for any particular Blank and Substrate combination, as provided from time to time by DPI. Attachment 4, as may be amended from time to time, contains a full and complete list of Specifications for Products produced by Schott as of the Effective Date. 1.21. "Substrate" means a square or round object of varying thickness, comprised of quartz, or some other material that, when subjected to certain processes, is converted into a Blank. 1.22.
