PHN Material definition

PHN Material means any Material provided to the Contractor by the PHN, including the Material (if any) specified in Item 6 identified to be PHN Material.
PHN Material means any Material provided to the Service Provider by the PHN, including the Material (if any) specified in a Contract.

Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.
