Examples of PHM Group in a sentence

  • The PHM Group shall be required to utilize any non-capital losses or net operating losses, whether arising in the taxation year in which the liabilities described in the preceding sentence arise, or arising before such year, that are available to be applied to reduce the taxable income of a member of the PHM Group that would otherwise give rise to an amount of Additional Tax payable.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.24(a) to the contrary, Newco shall not be obligated to pay any Specified Arrangement Amount to the PHM Group for any Additional Tax that arises as a result of the failure of, or any negligence in the prosecution of, the PHM Group qualifying for, or applying for, non-recognition of income or gain under any available Tax Law provisions.
