PHCS definition

PHCS means Private Healthcare Systems, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, that organizes managed care networks.
PHCS has the meaning set forth in the introduction to this Agreement.
PHCS means any one or more of a group of chemicals known as petroleum hydrocarbons.
