Construction Completion Date or “Completion Date” means the date by which the overall Development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority as per Article 14.1.
Project Implementing Entity s Representative” means the Project Implementing Entity’s representative specified in the Project Agreement for the purpose of Section 10.02 (a).
Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.
Guaranteed Construction Start Date means the Expected Construction Start Date, as such date may be extended by the Development Cure Period.
Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date means [ ], as may be adjusted by Change Order according to Article VIII.
