Phase II testing definition

Phase II testing means testing conducted by an RCSC when Phase II E9-1-1 service is implemented to ensure the service is working correctly, and periodic testing necessary for the maintenance of the service.
Phase II testing has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.4.
Phase II testing shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.6 hereof.
