Phase II Completion definition

Phase II Completion means the completion of the construction of the Hot Mill, the DRI Plant and the Downstream Finishing Facilities.
Phase II Completion has the meaning specified in the Equity Support Agreement.

More Definitions of Phase II Completion

Phase II Completion means the occurrence of each of the following:
Phase II Completion means, with respect to a Unilateral Target, the completion of a complete data package from (a) Phase II studies, which data package is sufficient to support the commencement of Phase III studies in support of the filing of an approvable BLA in a Major Market, or (b) in the event that Phase II and III studies are combined, the first such study in support of the filing of an approvable BLA
Phase II Completion means, with respect to a Unilateral Target, the completion of a complete data package from (a) Phase II studies, which data package is sufficient to support the commencement of Phase III studies in support of the filing of an approvable BLA in a Major Market, or (b) in the event that Phase II and III Studies are combined, the first such study in support of the filing of an approvable BLA in a Major Market that enrolled at least forty (40) patients with the disease target being studied, in either case for the first Collaboration Product with respect to such Collaboration Target.
Phase II Completion means Completion of the Phase II Project.
Phase II Completion shall occur when the conditions set forth on Schedule I under the heading “Phase II Completion” shall have been satisfied.
Phase II Completion has the meaning given that term in the Disbursement Agreement.

Related to Phase II Completion

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Phase II Study means a study in humans of the safety, dose ranging or efficacy of a product, as further defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (or the equivalent thereof outside the United States).

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Phase I means the first part of the tuition incentive assistance program defined as the academic period of 80 semester or 120 term credits, or less, leading to an associate degree or certificate.

  • Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
