Phase I Work definition

Phase I Work shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A to this Agreement. “Phase II Work” shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Phase I Work means the County’s design and engineering work, land use entitlements and other governmental approvals required for the Project, its acquisition of the Jefferson Station Parcel, and, if applicable, its acquisition of the Veritable Quandary Property, all as set forth in Exhibit A.
Phase I Work. Substantially Complete (as defined in the Tenant Work Letter). Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant, in no event shall the Lease Commencement Date occur prior to January 31, 2020. More Definitions of Phase I Work

Phase I Work shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Phase I Work means that portion of the Work comprising all Public Improvements and at least 34,00 s.f. of commercial space as described in Section 3.5.1 hereof.

Phase I Work means all improvements to be constructed in the New Premises in accordance with and as indicated on the Phase I Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Phase I Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Phase I Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Phase I Working Drawings have been approved, Landlord shall cause the Phase I Work to be performed in accordance with the Phase I Working Drawings. Landlord shall cause the Contractor to construct the Phase I Work to comply with the Phase I Working Drawings and Legal Requirements.
