Phase I Sub-projects definition
Phase I Sub-projects means, collectively, sub-projects (as defined below) for which the preparation, approval by or on behalf of the Recipient and appraisal by the Association have been completed on or prior to the date hereof; said Sub-projects being ready for implementation during approximately the first two (2) years of the Project.
