Phase I Activities definition

Phase I Activities means a desktop review of the records maintained by Governmental Authorities and to the extent Seller or the Companies are able to secure availability without cost or violating any contractual obligation, interviews of personnel, but does not include any sampling, testing or similar invasive activities.
Phase I Activities means a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment pursuant to ASTM Standard Practice E1527-13 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, with modifications to expand the scope as agreed to by Sellers’ Representative, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.
Phase I Activities will mean the Client's Deliverable Site obligations pursuant to Exhibit C to the Lump Sum Design-Build Agreement as may be amended from time to time. Phase I Design Package will have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.1.

  • Development Activities means any activity, including the discharge of dredged or fill material, which results directly in a more than de minimus change in the hydrologic regime, bottom contour, or the type, distribution or diversity of hydrophytic vegetation, or which impairs the flow, reach, or circulation of surface water within wetlands or other waters;

  • High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

  • Motor Sport Activities means any motor sport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which CAMS regulates or administers by CAMS or otherwise under the responsibility / control of CAMS;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
