Examples of Phase 4 Services in a sentence

  • If the Consultant and CERN fail to agree the anticipated resourcing and budget cost for either the Phase 4 Services then the matter shall be referred to the Adjudicator and, notwithstanding any other provision of the Appointment, his decision thereupon shall be final and binding upon the parties (and shall not be referred to arbitration in accordance with Clauses 23.10 and 24).

  • The actual staffing levels of Consultant’s staff present on site during the Phase 4 Services shall be reviewed and agreed between the Consultant and CERN on a three monthly basis, based on the advancement of the Investigations and expected Contractor activity during the three-month period that follows.

  • A figure for the budget cost of the Phase 4 Services Fee including the amount and frequency of payments in respect of the Phase 4 Services shall be agreed by the Consultant and CERN or decided upon by the Adjudicator in accordance with Clause 11.5 and shall be inserted into Part II of Appendix [B], dated and initialled by the Consultant, CERN and the Industry, Procurement and Knowledge Transfer Department of CERN once it has been so agreed or decided.

  • The Consultant and CERN shall seek to agree the anticipated resourcing by the Consultant and the budget cost thereof for performance of the Phase 4 Services and, once agreed, the Phase 4 Services Fee shall be inserted into Part IV of Appendix [B], and dated and initialled by the Consultant, CERN and the Industry, Procurement and Knowledge Transfer Department of CERN.
