Phase 3a Study definition
Phase 3a Study means any study of a VP Product relating to an indication formulation, dose, course of therapy and patient population for which an NDA has been filed, conducted after the filing of such NDA, but which study is required to be performed by the Regulatory Authority before Regulatory Approval can be granted for such indication formulation, dose, course of therapy and patient population.
