Phase 2 Project means the project, utilizing the Alternative Financing Authorities, to design, construct, finance, and provide life-cycle maintenance to the Phase 2 Schools within the County, as further defined in the Phase 2 Project Agreement.

Phase 2 Project means the expansion of the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal, located at Sabine Pass, Louisiana, including additional LNG receiving, storage and regasification facilities. The Phase 2 Tanks compose a portion of the Phase 2 Project.

Phase 2 Project means, collectively, Plant 4, associated facilities, and associated Pipelines and Production Facilities for production of 5.52 MTPA of LNG once Plant 4 achieves Full Operations.

Phase 2 Project means a project, including any repair or improvement project, for which Phase 2 Expenditures are or will be made or incurred which includes any, all or none of the following: (a) a LNG storage tank of double containment design, (b) a piled dock and unloading facilities, (c) vaporization capacity and (d) at Borrower’s option and in lieu of the Phase 1 Addition (Stratton Ridge), underground storage capacity at or near Stratton Ridge, Texas.

Phase 2 Project means the office building, together with related parking lot improvements, to be constructed by Sublessor in accordance with the plans and specifications described in Exhibit "B-II" to the Sublease (collectively, the "Building Plans"), which Building Plans have been approved by Sublessor and Sublessee. Sublessor and Sublessee have also approved the budget for the construction and development of the Phase 2 Project (the "Project Budget") attached as Exhibit "B-III" to the First Amendment. The Phase 2 Project, when completed, shall be the sole property of Sublessor.

Phase 2 Project. The collective reference to (i) the Land, together with ----------------- all buildings, structures and improvements located or to be located thereon, (ii) all rights, privileges, easements and hereditaments relating or appertaining thereto, and (iii) all personal property, fixtures and equipment required or beneficial for the operation thereof.
