Phase 1 Services definition

Phase 1 Services means the Standard Services to be carried out on the Phase 1 Trains by the Maintainer and shall include the Additional Services to the extent that the Owner notifies the Maintainer at any time pursuant to Part 2 of Exhibit 1 (Train Maintenance Specification) that it wishes the Maintainer to carry out any such Additional Services;

Phase 1 Services described in Exhibit A, upon the City posting a written Notice (herein called a "Notice to Proceed") to the Subrecipient. Upon satisfactory completion of Phase 1 Services, the City shall issue a Notice to Proceed with “Phase 2 Services” as described in Exhibit A, specifying the date to start rendering such Services. The City will not issue the Notice to Proceed until the Subrecipient has complied with the following conditions precedent to the sole satisfaction of the City: submission to the City of acceptable documentation showing the Owner of Record of the property to be rehabilitated; and execution of Exhibit F “Lien” for the Project; and proof that current City taxes are not delinquent for the property to be rehabilitated; and if the property Owner is a religious organization, documentation of the property Owner's and Subrecipient's full compliance with the requirements of 24 CFR 570.200(j)(1-5); and evidence of eligible public service activity at the location. All Services shall be undertaken in such sequence, as more fully described and/or scheduled in Exhibit A, to assure their proper and expeditious completion in the light of the objectives of this Agreement prior to the expiration date. The Subrecipient shall have no authority to start work, no payments shall be authorized by the Finance Department of the City of Detroit, and the City shall not be liable for reimbursement of the Subrecipient for any materials or services purchased, or payment for any costs incurred, or for any services rendered, which are purchased, incurred, or rendered prior to the term of this Agreement. In addition, the City shall not be liable for any cost of Phase 2 Services, whether rendered, purchased or incurred by the Subrecipient, prior to the Notice to Proceed effective date.

Examples of Phase 1 Services in a sentence

  • Design Builder shall commence the Phase 1 Services portion of the Work within five (5) calendar days from the Phase 1 Commencement Date.

  • The level of completion required for Phase 1 Services is defined in Exhibit B, Scope of Services (either as a percentage of design completion or by defined deliverables).

  • Prior to submitting its Proposal and again during its Phase 1 Services, Contractor may rely on Owner supplied information regarding existing conditions only where such conditions are underground and not subject to reasonable verification.

  • Prior to submitting its Proposal and again during its Phase 1 Services, Contractor must consider fully the fact that information supplied regarding existing Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the Site is in many cases based on information furnished to Owner by others (e.g., the builders of such Underground Facilities or others), and that due to their age or their chain of custody since preparation, may not meet current industry standards for accuracy.

  • Accordingly, Design Builder agrees to provide the Phase 1 Services in accordance with Exhibit L.

  • The Master Project Schedule shall indicate the dates for starting and completing the various stages of the Work, including the Phase 1 Services to be provided by Design Builder.

Related to Phase 1 Services
