Phase 1 Plat means the Homestead at Daniel Farms, Phase 1 Final Plat including 37.157 acres of land and consisting of 103 residential Lots within Improvement Area #1 recorded in the Official Public Records of the County on August 21, 2019 and attached hereto as Exhibit K.
