Phase 1 Completion definition

Phase 1 Completion means the earlier of (a) *** after *** the first Phase 1 Clinical Trial of a Compound or Therapeutic Product or (b) the Commencement of the first Phase 2 Clinical Trial of such Compound or Therapeutic Product. For clarity, clause (a) excludes ***.
Phase 1 Completion means the first day of the fiscal quarter in which the later of the following occurs:

Examples of Phase 1 Completion in a sentence

  • Phase 1 shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed from the Owner/DES and shall end on the Phase 1 Completion Date as set forth below.

  • Project Co shall reconfirm the anticipated Phase 1 Completion Date and when Project Co is satisfied that it has completed all the requirements for Completion of the Phase 1 Work, Project Co shall apply to Owner and the Consultant for certification of Completion of the Phase 1 Work in a notice to Owner and the Consultant by the date which is 10 days prior to the anticipated Phase 1 Completion Date.

  • Project Co acknowledges that Owner needs a minimum of 90 days notice prior to the anticipated Phase 1 Completion Date to prepare for Commissioning.

  • Project Co shall plan for start up and verification of all systems to be completed no later than 7 days prior to the anticipated Phase 1 Completion Date.

  • Project Co shall, by the date which is 20 days prior to the anticipated Phase 1 Completion Date as set out in Project Co’s notice, prepare a list, in electronic format on software that identifies deficiencies by division, trade and location (“Phase 1 Preliminary Minor Deficiencies List”) of Minor Deficiencies, including an estimate of the cost of and the time for rectifying such Minor Deficiencies.


More Definitions of Phase 1 Completion

Phase 1 Completion means when the Phase 1 Building Completion Certificate has been issued and Service Completion Certificates for all of the Services have been issued in respect of all of the Phase 1 Areas.
Phase 1 Completion means the earlier of (a) *** after ***, which *** the Parties agree was ***, or (b) the ***. 1.2 Section 1.68 of the Original Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Phase 1 Completion means the last "Completion" under a Transfer Agreement relating to a Phase 1 Territory to occur;
Phase 1 Completion shall have occurred when all of the following shall have been Successfully Completed : (i) Delivery has occurred of 288 flight-ready Phase 1 Satellites for launch into orbit (as defined in the Statement of Work); (ii) Constellation of 288 Phase 1 Satellites are on-orbit, have Successfully Completed IOT and have been Finally Accepted (in whatever order contemplated by this Contract); (iii) Site Acceptance Tests have been Successfully Completed for the Phase 1 Satellite Control Ground Segment; and (iv) Delivery has occurred of 12 flight-ready spare Phase 1 Satellites for launch into orbit (as defined in the Statement of Work); (v) 12 flight-ready spare Phase 1 Satellites are on-orbit, have Successfully Completed IOT and have been Finally Accepted (in whatever order contemplated by this Contract).
Phase 1 Completion the completion of all aspects, including receipt of payment, of the issue and allotment of the Phase 1 Share so that the Buyer has unconditional perfected title to the Phase 1 Share as provided for in Schedule 3;
Phase 1 Completion shall have the meaning set forth in Article 7.2.
Phase 1 Completion has the meaning given to it in Appendix L (Phase 1 Completion and Phase 2 Completion) of Schedule 6 (Finance);
