Pharmacist Level 4 means an AHPRA registered Pharmacist: who satisfies the criteria for Pharmacist Grade 3 and in addition, performs the role of the Chief Clinical Pharmacist; OR Holds a Masters of Pharmacy Practice degree (MPharmPrac) and in addition, performs the role of the Chief Clinical Pharmacist; OR Holds a Masters of Pharmaceutical Science (research & thesis) degree (MPharmSc) and in addition, performs the role of the Chief Clinical Pharmacist.
