Pharmaceutical Sector definition

Pharmaceutical Sector means the industrial sector comprising enterprises manufacturing drugs, medicine, vaccines, syringe, surgical dressing and medicated ointment under license issued under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940;
Pharmaceutical Sector means including all companies / enterprises are not subject to the form of ownership (hereinafter referred to as the Company) that participated in market development, production, research, marketing, distribution and / or selling pharmaceutical products and / or biological products to patients(the users)
