Pharmaceutical Benefit definition

Pharmaceutical Benefit has the meaning given to the term ‘pharmaceutical benefit’ in subsection 84(1) of the Act.
Pharmaceutical Benefit means any medicine listed in the PBS that is dispensed to the Member.

More Definitions of Pharmaceutical Benefit

Pharmaceutical Benefit has the meaning given in Part VII of the Act.
Pharmaceutical Benefit means a drug or medicinal preparation in relation to which, by virtue of section 85 of the Act, Part VII of the Act applies;
