PharmaBio definition
PharmaBio s funding commitments under Section 3.1 shall continue in full force and effect, and all references hereunder to Quintiles shall be deemed to refer to the New Sales Force (and all references to (i) the Commercialization Agreement hereunder shall be deemed to refer to the agreement, if any, pursuant to which Discovery retains the New Sales Force and (ii) Quintiles hereunder shall be deemed to refer to the New Sales Force or the contract provider of the New Sales Force, as applicable).
