  • If Corixa is unable to supply any Tositumomab to Amersham due to BI Pharma's inability to supply as set forth in Section 3.1.2 of the BI Pharma Agreement, Corixa shall have the right to establish a second source of Tositumomab and Amersham shall remain obligated to obtain all Tositumomab from Corixa.
