PHAC Agreement means the Amended and Restated License Agreement by and between BioProtection Systems Corporation, an Affiliate of Lumos, and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Health, acting through the Public Health Agency of Canada, dated December 5, 2017.
