  • The PHA/IHA must receive acknowledgement by the time and at the place specified for receipt of bids.

  • The PHA/IHA shall apply in turn to each bid (proceeding in order from the apparent low bid to the high bid) each of the separately priced bid deductible items, if any, in their priority order set forth in this solicitation.
