PGLC definition

PGLC means The Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company. (rr) "Peoples Gas Agreement" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 28. (ss) "Person" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16. (tt) "Phase I Term" shall mean the period of time beginning May 1, 2001 and ending September 30, 2004 and shall apply to Customer's initial four (4) gas turbine units in commercial operation prior to the effective date of this Agreement (▇▇▇▇▇▇ Units 1-4). (uu) "Phase II Term" shall mean the period of time beginning May 1, 2001 and ending March 31, 2006 and shall apply to Customer's additional five (5) gas turbine units (▇▇▇▇▇▇ Units 5-9). (vv) "Receipt Point" shall mean the interconnection(s) between NBPL, NGPL and APL interstate pipeline facilities and Peoples Gas' and/or Nicor Gas' LDC facilities, as applicable. (ww) "Requested Authorized Use" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Company's Schedule of Rates. (xx) "Schedule of Rates" shall mean Company's Schedule of Rates for Gas Service (Ill.C.C. No. 16) on file and in effect, as it may be revised from time to time, with the Illinois Commerce Commission or any successor to that agency.

Examples of PGLC in a sentence

  • Leave with pay for one (I) member, for up to two (2) days, to attend the annual P.G.L.C. Conference held each year will automatically be allowed.

  • PGLC accepts no responsibility for any gas prior to such gas being received from ENGAGE at the Point of Redelivery and after such gas is delivered to ENGAGE at the Point of Delivery.

  • PGLC and ENGAGE agree that there is no third party beneficiary of this Contract and that the provisions of this Contract do not impart enforceable rights to anyone who is not a Party.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the point or points of redelivery for all gas to be covered hereunder shall be on the outlet side of the measuring stations located at or near the point or points of connection as specified in the Contract where PGLC takes possession of the gas.

  • No failure on the part of PGLC or ENGAGE to exercise, and no course of dealing with respect to, and no delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy under this Contract shall operate as a waiver thereof.

  • In addition, ENGAGE shall reimburse PGLC for incremental costs and expenses incurred by PGLC related to the underdelivery or to the replacement of Gas as a result of ENGAGE's failure to redeliver as agreed, including PGLC's transportation demand charges incurred without corresponding benefit to PGLC, pipeline overrun charges and penalties.
