PG&E System definition

PG&E System means the gas pipeline system, and all related equipment and facilities, which are owned and operated by PG&E within the State of California, including the Receipt Point Facilities.
PG&E System means the electric transmission and distribution system and associated facilities and equipment owned by PG&E.
PG&E System means the electric power generation, transmission, substation and distribution facilities owned, operated and/or maintained by PG&E, which shall include, without limitation, after construction and installation, the circuit reinforcements, extensions, and associated terminal facility reinforcements or additions required to interconnect PG&E’s facilities with the Generating Facilities.

  • PG&E, in its sole discretion, may review the maximum daily production cap volume(s) for the Receipt Point(s) specified on Attachment 2, and may reduce such volume(s) to better match actual delivered volume(s) into the PG&E System.

  • This CPBA establishes the terms and conditions for the resolution of imbalances on PG&E’s gas transportation system (PG&E System) caused by volumes of gas, delivered into the PG&E System from California Production as defined in PG&E's Gas Rule 1 (California Production), which volumes exceed or are insufficient to match the nominations made for the deliveries into the PG&E System.

  • PG&E System Electronics shall be installed at PG&E's sole cost and expense.

  • Seller shall bear the cost of constructing Facilities necessary to deliver Seller's Gas to the designated Point of Delivery up to the amount of the estimate of the cost of connecting to the Preferred Location on the PG&E System.

  • Should the parties be unable to agree within a period of ten (10) days from receipt of Buyer's notice to Seller on the sharing of such excess costs, the designated Point of Delivery shall become, by default, the Preferred Location on the PG&E System, and Seller shall proceed with installing Facilities necessary to connect to the Preferred Location on the PG&E System.

  • Title to and risk of loss associated with PG&E System Electronics shall remain with PG&E throughout the Term and shall at no time pass to CUSTOMER.

PG&E System means the edge of PGE’s Balancing Authority Area, excluding the Balancing Area Authority Area boundaries surrounding PGE’s Remote Resources.
PG&E System means the natural gas system, including, but not limited to, the compressor, transportation and distribution facilities, owned and operated by the LDC, at which the Facility is interconnected.
