PG Stock definition

PG Stock means the class of Preferred Stock of the Company having the rights, restrictions, and other attributes set forth in Schedule 9.12.
PG Stock means the class of Preferred Stock of the Company designated as "Psychiatric Group Preferred Stock" with a par value of $.01 having the rights, restrictions, and other attributes set forth in the Certificate of Designation filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on July 7, 1995
