PG Escrow Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.
Examples of PG Escrow Account in a sentence
The escrow account established pursuant to the PG Escrow Agreement is referred to as the “PG Escrow Account.” At Closing, all amounts on deposit in the PG Escrow Account shall be distributed to Seller and credited to Buyer on a Dollar for Dollar basis against the payment of the Base Payment portion of the Purchase Price.
If this Agreement is terminated prior to the Closing pursuant to Section 10.1, all amounts on deposit in the PG Escrow Account shall be distributed to Seller.
